Some great work from the small, but very talented NYC branding agency Watson & Co. Though recently established, they have already acquired some nice clients and have produced some illustrious work which I’m sure we’ll be seeing more of in the future.

Beautiful work from Denmark photographer Ditte Isager. She describes her style as “simple nordic” and gets inspiration from “the light in the Dutch masters, storytelling and effects from motion pictures and the style, character and layers of NY.” I really enjoy the depth and richness she captures through everyday objects and scenery that we may otherwise overlook.

Nutmegger Workshop

Unbelievable work from Portland based sign company Nutmegger Workshop. They specialize in vintage sign art and do so with unbelievable expertise and adeptness. This kind of stuff blows me away. I really want to get my hands on one of these.

Sometimes to build up inspiration I enjoy flipping through image bookmarking sites such as the widely known ffffound or designspiration but I recently came across GreyHandGang which is actually ran by only one person, NYC designer Colin P. Kelly. He has an incredible collection of images that really have a lot of depth and nostalgic qualities that you can’t keep your eyes away from. I could scroll through his site for hours and lose all track of time.
